All Studio Rentals Include
Gear: All rooms include PA with 2 mics, 2 guitar amps, bass amp and drum set. Drummers must bring their own crash cymbals. (Hats, Ride and 2 crash stands provided)
Recordings of Your Practices: All of our mixers have a USB port to connect to a computer to record on the DAW of your choice. Some of our mixers even record straight to SD card.
Heat and AC included. Free WiFi, Comfortable break room with refrigerator, vending machines, microwave and bathroom.

Rent weekly blocks of 4 hours
Prime Hours:
Weeknights from 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Weekends from 10:00am – 10:00pm
Rental Rate: $150 per month
Discount Hours:
Weekdays from 10:00am – 5:00pm
Rental Rate: $100 per month
Our Monthly Studio Rental works like a monthly subscription. Pick a day and time and the studio is reserved for you every week from now until you cancel.

Need Storage? Rent a locker for $20 per month to store your guitars, amps, accessories. (bass drums and larger bass guitar amps won’t fit in storage)
